missingWrote a review on 16 Novhelpful receptionistuncomfortable bedpoor welcome
The receptionist provided excellent local tips and information.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The bed was uncomfortable, leaving me restless throughout the night. I also experienced a poor welcome upon arrival with no smiles or friendly greetings, which set a negative tone for the visit. Additionally, the noise from outside was unbearable, as I could hear animals throughout the night, and the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

This place was such a hidden gem! I enjoyed the amazing chilaquiles for breakfast every morning, and the spa treatments were just what I needed to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the AC took a while to cool down the room when I first arrived, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 🌟

The cozy room offered a comfortable retreat, perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby attractions. The hotel provides free bicycles, which added a fun way to get around the area. However, the WiFi was inconsistent on the top floor, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience. Additionally, the bar portions were small, leaving a bit to be desired for those with a hearty appetite.

great location with friendly service
The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and ready to assist with needs. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool that had a stunning view of the surrounding garden at sunset.
The mattress and pillow covers felt quite odd, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
